I understand that sometimes things come up in life... And, sometimes the worse that can happen! Like you having to surrender your puppy. Maybe because you have to move, new baby, or the loss of a job. If you ever have to surrender your dog that you had brought from me and then please surrender to me! I will make sure that he/she will find a good home! There is a form that you must fill out. You are also responsible for transportation fees... The price that you paid for the puppy is NON-REFUNDABLE and there is NO credit given!!! Your dog must be examined by your vet before I can take him/her. They also must be UTD on all shots. I can send you a form and that form must be filled out before I can take your dog back!
